It helps me with how I should properly sit with consideration of my posture. One con is I cannot bring it with me anywhere I go.
I should’ve gotten the widest/biggest model instead. This model feels like i’m sitting on a narrow plastic chair and it kind of hurts my butt/hip/thighbone. I don’t last an hour.. hope it at least correct my sitting posture
